Counselling helps people take charge of their lives and honestly work through areas of relationships or behaviours that cause pain or control us. Everyone possesses an ability to become more self aware and to find solutions to their own problems. However there are times when we need support to achieve this.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It is most commonly used to treat anxiety and mild forms of depression, but can be useful for other mental and physical health problems.

Life Coaching

Life coaching in simple terms is a process of helping people get from where they are now and where they want or need to get to. Personal coaching is a process which is designed and defined in a relationship agreement between a client and a coach. It is based on the client’s expressed interests, goals and objectives.
